Return Eligibility
You may return a product within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be in its original packaging

  • Be unused and in the same condition that you received it

  • Include all original accessories, manuals, and tags

How to Request a Return

  • Order number

  • Product name

  • Reason for return

  • Supporting images (if the product is damaged or defective)

We will respond with return instructions within 2 business days.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or the wrong product was delivered. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your return.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 3 business days.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Items marked as final sale

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Products that show signs of use or damage not caused by transit

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, please email us at [email protected] within 7 days of receiving the item.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund within 7 business days of approval:

  2. Contact your credit card company or bank—it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
